  The KingQuad 500AXi Power Steering SE+ is not just a new ATV, it's a new KingQuad ATV. Suzuki, the inventor of the 4-wheel ATV, took the world's best sports-utility quad and made it better and more capable than ever. The new edgy and dynamic matte-finish bodywork surrounds an impressive list of updates to the KingQuad. The KingQuad's chassis, based around a stronger new frame, helps this ATV tackle just about any riding terrain while being able to help you with any chore thanks to a boosted towing capacity of 1332 pounds. Steering a KingQuad has never been easier with a new, higher output Electronic Power Steering system and recalibrated front end geometry. The fully-independent suspension is fitted with new, gas-charged shocks that are pre-load adjustable to match the spring rate to the cargo load. More and more, motocross races are all about getting the holeshot. And Honda’s CRF450R is a machine designed to get you out front by the first turn, and then keep you there all the way to the checkered flag. Everywhere you look, you’ll see features optimized for modern MX competition, where fractions of a second add up to a big lead at the end. Last year we offered an optional electric start on the CRF450R; it was such a big hit that this year it’s standard equipment, and we’ve ditched the kickstarter entirely to save weight. A new lithium-ion battery helps keep things light. Race anything else, and your ride to the first turn just got a lot steeper. Performance Features Downdraft Fuel Injection: Part of an entire engine overhaul last year, we gave the CRF450R a new downdraft intake tract and FI body to help increase both power and fuel-metering precision. It’s part of the reason the CRF450R offers such explosive power and massive torque, especially out of the starting gate and in the critical first 100 feet of the race to the first turn. Dunlop MX3S Tires: Developed using Dunlop’s latest “block-on-block” design technology, the CRF450R’s MX3S tires give excellent feedback and are a perfect complement to the CRF450R’s frame and suspension. Cylinder Head Layout: The CRF450R uses our latest finger-follower rocker design. The Unicam cylinder head remains the most efficient in the MX world, giving you the design and performance of a double-overhead-cam layout but the compactness of a single-overhead-cam design. 13.5:1 Compression Ratio: By revising the CRF450R’s squish area last year, we helped boost the bikes compression to an impressive 13.5:1. That means improved combustion efficiency for more power. “In Molded” Graphics: With the all the time you’ll be spending in victory circle, you need to look your best. The 2018 CRF450R has you covered. Our “in molded” graphics look great, and stay looking good longer. Skid Plate: A factory skid plate is light and offers the engine and lower-frame protection that a racer demands. Handling Features Showa® Spring Fork: The 49mm Showa® fork features a conventional spring design that helps increase the CRF450R’s front-suspension precision, handling and feel. And this year we’ve revised the spring rate for better bottoming resistance and improved handling. Next-Generation Aluminum Frame: The CRF450R’s Next-Gen twin spar aluminum frame positions the rear shock’s mounting point lower, opening up the airbox area and contributing to a lower center of gravity for more holeshots. The frame geometry also helps improve traction, feeling and steering precision. Twin-Muffler Exhaust System: The CRF450R’s dual exhaust system is light, compact, and positioned close and low in the frame to take weight off the rear end and bring more mass to the bike’s center for improved handling. It also allows for more air flow, and that equals added horsepower. Engineering Features Electric-Start: This was such a popular option last year that we’ve made it standard for 2018, and ditched the kickstarter entirely to save weight. Electric starters and lithium-ion batteries are so light now and so good that putting them on a bike like this is a win/win combination. And winning is what a CRF450R is all about. 260mm Front Brake: The CRF450R’s large front-brake disc measures a whopping 260mm. You get great brake feel and a wave pattern that cuts down on weight. Front and rear brake-disc guards are part of the package too. Titanium Fuel Tank: Grams and performance count, and the 2018 CRF450R uses a titanium fuel tank. Light and strong, it’s also thinner than our previous plastic unit, while maintaining the same capacity, freeing up more space and helping to centralize fuel mass. Engine Mode Select Button: This simple handlebar-mounted button lets you dial in engine power delivery character with a push of your thumb. Choose between Standard, Smooth and Aggressive, depending on track conditions. Scavenge Pump: Deep in the engine, there’s a special oil scavenge pump. While you may never see it, it helps keep the CRF450R’s overall design compact.

  2019 TC85 17/14 - Husqvarna Motorcycles

  The 85cc class bridges the gap between the junior ranks and full-sized motocross, taking emerging riders one step closer to the big leagues. As such, the advanced hardware featured on the larger Husqvarna range is found on the TC 85. Featuring the latests engine and chassis technology, the TC 85 ensures young riders have the confidence to push harder, while maintaining maximum composure on track. Chassis Features WP AER 43: Much like the forks on the larger MX range, the WP AER 43 consists of a split fork design using a capsulated air spring in the left leg and the trusted oil damping system in the right leg. These components offer remarkable suspension performance with 280 mm wheel travel. FRAME: Crafted to provide precise feedback to young riders, the Chromium Molybdenum steel frame is made using advanced robot welding and hydroformed tubes. WP Xplor rear shock: The WP XPlore PDS shock absorber is fitted to the TC 85. PDS meaning "progressive damping system" allows the rear end to stay stable over smaller bumps or rough terrain while also soaking up bigger hits with ease. Subframe: Made from lightweight aluminium, the subframe features a short and compact profile. The profile not only contributes to the overall low weight but also improves mass centralisation. Technology Airbox: The TWIN AIR filter can be easily accessed without tools, by simply removing the left side panel for quick maintenance. The airbox design allows optimum airflow and maximum filter protection. Cooling: The TC 85 features radiators designed with computational fluid dynamics to ensure the ideal passage of air through the cooling fins for optimum engine temperature and the highest performance. Swingarm: The swingarm is manufactured from a single piece of aluminium using a gravity die-cast production process. This gives the swingarm exceptional strength while keeping the weight to a minimum. Chain adjustment markings are also visible from above to make for quicker, simpler adjustment. Exhaust: The exhaust system on the TC 85 is perfectly suited to the power characteristics of the engine and contributes to the outstanding performance and rideability all round. Additionally, the short and lightweight silencer improves mass centralisation while keeping noise levels to a minimum. Performance Engine: Using the latest 2-stroke technology, the TC 85 motor delivers unrivalled performance in the competitive 85cc class. With a lively but controllable power delivery, the motor delivers unrivalled performance and rideability across the RPM range. Cylinder: The cyliner is designed around an innovative power valve system, the system controls both the exhaust valve and the sub-exhaust port for impressive power, torque and controllability. As a result, the TC 85 delivers significant mid-range performance, reducing the need to use the clutch in loamy or sandy conditions. Crankcase: Manufactured using a high pressure die-cast production process, the crankcases are designed with thinner wall thickness to save weight, while retaining strength and durability. This design also aids in a more compact arrangement, positioning the shaft arrangements closer to the centre of gravity for improved handling. Clutch: The TC 85 features a diaphragm spring clutch. The design is lightweight, compact and benefits from added durability. The clutch is actuated using a FORMULA hydraulic system, meaning that play is always compensated for and the clutch point remains the same under different conditions as well as over time. Components Wheels: Black EXCEL rims and CNC-machined hubs are fitted with MAXXIS tyres that deliver outstanding performance on a wide variety of terrain. ODI lock-on grips: The TC 85 is fitted with high quality ODI lock on grips as standard. The system includes a vulcanised grip on the throttle grip while the lock-on grip on the left does not require any glue or wire to secure it to the handlebar. Bodywork: The TC 85 features bodywork scaled to precisely fit the proportions of an 85 rider. The contact points and feeling deliver exceptional ergonomics, instilling confidence while also leaving room for free and unrestricted movement.
