Virginia Krum is the Agency Manager over both the Independence and Lees Summit offices. She is licensed in property and casualty, health, and life. Virginia has extensive knowledge of insurance having worked in multiple areas to include customer services, claims adjusting, and sales. Virginia is a military brat who has lived all over the country before settling down in Missouri in 1999.. As a young adult Virginia served 12 years in the Air Force as a Medical Administrator and a Paralegal. Virginia and her husband Mike have five children and one granddaughter, keeping them very busy. Virginia loves helping others and believes in the Woods Agency motto of “treating everyone as though they are family”.
Education: Bachelors of Arts from UMKC
Shaunda was born in Kansas City and raised in Raymore, Missouri and is a Raymore-Peculiar High School graduate. She has been with our team since 2006 and is licensed in Property and Casualty, Health and Life. Shaunda has extensive knowledge of insurance, having worked in customer service, claims, and sales, and is our Life Manager. Shaunda has a passion for helping others. She enjoys working with customers and prospects to help them find products that will cover their insurance needs, as well as helping them better understand insurance so they are able to choose coverage for the things that are most important. In her free time, Shaunda enjoys spending time outdoors at Truman Lake, boating , camping, golf cart rides and hanging out with her husband Nathan and son Spencer. She also enjoys spoiling her Mini Blue Heeler DeBo. She would love to help you find coverage options to fit your needs
